Last night, Jeff and I made chick-taters.
For those who don't know the wonder that is a chick-tater, let me explain. While living in Pine Mountain, GA for two summers, you learn how to love local cuisine. Especially BBQ. Pine Mountain has, by far, two of the BEST BBQ places I've ever been to: Three Little Pigs and Whistling Pig Cafe (you can tell these places are small, hole in the wall joints due to their lack of websites). The latter place has, what is known as, a chick-tater. Picture this: One baked potato (open), butter, sour cream (or, if you're me, no sour cream), shredded cheese, and small pieces of friend chicken on top. Top it all off with honey mustard dressing. It's a heart attack's dream come true and, might I add, very delicious.
We have yet to find a place in Florida that makes one.
So, last night, Jeff and I created our own. Let me tell you...they were good.
After dinner, we ran across the street to see Run, Fatboy, Run. Maybe it was due to the nature of the film, or maybe because of our calorie filled dinner...either way, I woke up and went jogging this morning. Jogging never felt so good.

Going to see that movie this evening. You like it? I'm all into your potato idea too...
Those chick-taters sound absolutely delicious!! That movie looks hilarious, how was it?
Ben and Felicia - You both must try the chick-tater! We learned last night that they're quite easy to make. As for the film, it was cute! I adore Simon Pegg, and although this wasn't nearly as good as Shawn of the Dead, it was still quite enjoyable and funny. I recommend it.
HA! I'm SO glad they don't exist iver here or I'd have to spend ever waking hour in the gym!
