Award Fun

Rather than concentrating on the bad, here's the good. I've been awarded three (THREE!) bloggy awards and feel like it's finally time to spread the love. And spread the love I shall because, seriously guys, you don't know how much I appreciate this. Last time I only got to choose a few blogs to highlight, so this time, there will be much, much more. And so, on with the show.

The first is the Arte y Pico award given to me by Narm. Now, Narm is hilarious. His blog always makes me laugh and he's a very caring commenter. Really! So check him out. If not for me, do it for the mustache he has in his profile picture.

And the winners are...
1. It's like, I'm...mmmagic! - Her posts are beautiful written and completely relateable.
2. Kyla Bea - She just got married! Also, she's been incredibly helpful with the Testament book AND her blog is very, very fun.
3. Life & Times of an Ex-Meat Eating, Ex- Vegetarian - Okay, I'm biased here. She's actually one of my best friends in real life, but it's really exciting when a close friend creates a blog! So check out her new site and say hello!
4. Skrinkering Hearts - Beautifully written posts and fantastic hair selections.
5. Two L's Please - Her puppy is adorable, she threw the best wedding, her stories are fun and she has amazing flippy hair.


Next is the I love your blog award from Miss Caught Up. If you haven't read her blog yet, please do. She is an incredibly observant writer and has some of the best dialogue I've read. Think Bridget Jones, only not in the UK. I always look forward to reading her updates.

And the winners are...
1. Crissy - I couldn't have winners without Crissy. Her blog? HILARIOUS. And, seriously, she's the QOFE, of course she deserves to win.
2. Cusp of Normal - I gotta say, without this girl, I don't know if I'd make it though my work days. Mermanda is my favorite - she's incredibly sweet and her blog is ridiculously fun and funny . Also, her hair color is fabulous.
3. No Ordinary Rollercoaster - Ben is my other favorite. He's hilarious, his dogs are adorable and his writing is fantastic. I still want to be best bloggy friends with him.
4. Strange Musings of a Distracted Spunk - Every post of hers is beautifully written and incredibly interesting. I always love her writings.
5. Stylish Handwriting - I so enjoy her work stories, her dog stories, everything. Terrific fun.


Last is the Brilliant Web Blog award from Gorgeous Footsteps in the Sand. If you like amusing stories, celebrity gossip and fun pictures, check out her blog. It's always entertaining and she's super nice!

1. The Almost Right Word - Her reviews are awesome, her writing is interesting, and she's quite nice.
2. Free and Flawed - She has a pet skeleton. That's all I have to say. (Also, read her blog!)
3. Herding Cats - I'm relatively new to her blog, but I'm loving her teaching stories. Maybe it's because I'm a past teacher, but whatever the case, her blog is terribly interesting.
4. La Belle Ecrivaine - She sent me poutine! She's amazing!
5. SoMi - I always look forward to her posts. They're informative and lovely. Also, she's getting married this weekend!
