Best of 2010

It's that time of the year when "Best Of" lists are popping up everywhere. While, the obvious book favorite of 2010 was Freedom, it's not on my list (okay, that's mostly because I haven't read it). My list contains, obviously, the best (in my opinion) of YA for this past year. Here you go:

Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver
The Sky is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson
Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green and David Levithan

Samir did a posting of his top four books of 2010, and obviously they're a bit different. Check it out and then let me know...what were your favorite books of 2010?

I read Freedom and I hated it. I do not understand all the hype surrounding it.

I just did my best of 2010 list too, although mine is more of a favorites that I happened to read this year because some were older releases.

Mine has a mix of YA and Adult fiction and nonfiction. And "Mockingjay" and "Will Grayson, Will Grayson" were also on mine. LOVED them. By far, two of the best books of the year.

"Mockingjay" is probably one of my favorite endings to a series ever. It was just beyond...

I haven't read the other two on your list, but I'm adding them to my YA list for this year to check out!

I just wandered into your blog, I read a lot of YA and I'm looking forward to reading more of your reviews.
