Don't ask me what exactly the ions do, but I notice my hair is now much more manageable and rather shiny.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Also, as someone with thick wavy hair, I recommend LAYERS. I am also really glad bangs are back in style, even though I swore I would never ever get bangs again after the hellish experience of growing them out in 9th grade. Turns out I really dig bangs.
